LTK DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

Wow what a month November was!!  Colour gradings at all the LTK dojo culminating in the Senior Black & Brown gradings in Presteigne. Along with Sensei Lee being asked to teach at a Kudo/Karate seminar in Barry South Wales! This month we end the year as always with our LTK Annual Seminar so don't miss out! And check out the dates for the final session at your club and when it re-opens in 2018!

LTK Annual Seminar:
Come and end 2017 with a BANG! Our LTK annual seminar will soon be upon us again. 4 hours of awesome training, lots of fun, prizes, refreshments open to ALL LTK students. Taking place at Presteigne Sports Centre Saturday 9th December 10-2pm. Ideal for parents to leave the kids and get some Xmas shopping in! Black & Brown Belt Grading Success:
LTK Senior Black & Brown belt grading was a great success at the end of November. All candidates pushed themselves and their limits to achieve the next level! Well done to the new brown belts keep working hard! Special congratulations to the new LTK Black Belts D'yani, Jon, Sam, Calum, John, Daniel, Finn, Drew and Auran, very proud to have you all as black belts in our group enjoy wearing it!
 
LTK Colour Gradings Success:
LTK gradings for colour belts took place for eligible students at all clubs during the last week of November. Sensei Lee was very impressed with students improvements and motivation to get their next belt. Well done to you all, keep working hard for the next one! For those who were not ready keep training you'll be next!

New LTK APP for your mobile devices!:
Lee Taylor has created the Lee Taylor Karate App for your Android smartphones and tablets. What this means is that LTK students can have video references of karate drills / kata / bunkai information at your fingertips! The app will be updated regularly and will contain videos on the following topics:Solo kata performance of various Kata, Impact and Pad Drills, Seminar Footage from Lee and other Instructors, Karate Throws, Locks and Ground Drills, Forthcoming Events Info, Along with other content as we continue to expand the LTK app. Click HERE and download yours today for only £1.79 ! 

Black Belt Only Session Jan 2018
We now have about 30 Black Belts training in LTK at various dojo. Let's start 2018 with a bang by coming together for a Black Belt only session! Keep this date in mind: Saturday 27th January 10-12noon Presteigne Sports Centre. There may also be a mixed martial art session straight after 12-2pm which black belts can attend free of charge!
 
Extra Training Session Jan 2018
Open to ALL LTK students an extra training session to kick off 2018! A chance to sharpen your karate skills and improve your technique. Keep this date in mind: Saturday 20th January 10-12noon Presteigne Sports Centre
